1. Scope
This Privacy Policy is intended to explain how Uvoza LLC collects, uses, discloses, and retains personal information through the website, checkout, project intake, support communications, and service delivery.
It does not govern Shopify, banks, payment gateways, processors, domain providers, advertising platforms, or other independent companies, which publish their own privacy notices.
2. Information expected to be collected
Information provided by clients
- Contact details, such as name, email, optional phone number, and time zone.
- Order and service information, including selected package, order reference, communications, and support requests.
- Project information, including business stage, product category, target audience, store URL, brand preferences, and supplied content.
- Account-access information limited to appropriate collaborator or staff permissions when needed for a purchased service.
- Policy acknowledgments and records showing the version accepted at checkout.
Information collected automatically on the final website
Depending on final configuration, basic device, browser, IP address, pages viewed, timestamps, cookie identifiers, and security logs may be collected. The final policy must list the actual analytics and advertising tools used.
3. How information may be used
- Process orders and provide the selected service.
- Confirm scope, schedule sessions, communicate progress, and deliver work.
- Maintain business, consent, support, accounting, fraud-prevention, and dispute records.
- Secure the website and prevent misuse.
- Comply with applicable tax, legal, banking, card-network, and regulatory obligations.
- Improve service instructions and website usability using aggregated or appropriately limited information.
Marketing email should be sent only when legally permitted, with a working method to unsubscribe.
5. Payment information
The intended checkout will use an approved gateway and independent merchant account. Full card details should be entered directly into the payment provider’s secured payment fields rather than stored by us. We may receive transaction identifiers, payment status, card brand, limited card digits, billing information, and fraud or dispute data needed to administer the order.
The final policy must identify or link to the actual payment providers used at launch.
7. Retention and security
Information should be retained only as long as reasonably necessary for service delivery, warranty or revision periods, accounting, tax, fraud prevention, dispute management, and legal obligations. Final retention periods must be set after the storage and accounting systems are selected.
Reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards should be used, including limited access and secure provider configurations. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
8. Privacy choices and U.S. state rights
Depending on the client’s state and whether a privacy law applies to the business, a person may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, or information about disclosures, and to opt out of certain sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling activities.
The live policy should provide at least one verified request method and explain identity verification, authorized-agent requests, appeals where required, and non-discrimination for exercising applicable rights.
California-specific disclosures and a notice at collection should be added if and when required. The initial business should not claim CCPA applicability or exemption until its actual operations and statutory thresholds are reviewed.
Children
The services are intended for adults establishing or operating a business and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly seek children’s personal information.
9. Updates and contact
This policy will be updated when data practices or providers materially change. Material changes will be communicated as required by applicable law.
