No. We provide defined consulting and implementation deliverables. Business results depend on many factors outside the scope of these services.
Who owns the Shopify store and related accounts?+
You do. Clients create and maintain ownership of their store, domain, banking, advertising, and payment-processing accounts. We receive only the access needed to complete the purchased service.
Are Shopify and other third-party fees included?+
No. Your package price covers only the listed professional services. Platform subscriptions, apps, domains, inventory, advertising, legal, tax, and payment-processing costs are separate.
Can you guarantee payment-processing approval?+
No. Banks, payment gateways, and processors make their own independent underwriting decisions. We do not guarantee approvals or represent ourselves as a bank or processor.
